About the club
Hulagans of the Leaf is an informal club based in New Port Richey, Florida, bringing adults together through friendship, camaraderie, and a shared interest in cigars and pipes.
These terms describe the use of our website. Membership and participation in the club’s Discord community are also subject to the separate club rules provided to prospects and members.
Age requirement
Our website and club community are intended for adults aged 21 and older. You must be at least 21 to apply for membership.
Membership and the prospect process
Club membership is free. Submitting an application begins the prospect process; it does not by itself establish full membership.
Prospects are required to:
- Reach Level 15 through active conversation and participation.
- Attend two qualifying scheduled herfs. Guest herfs and impromptu open herfs do not count toward this requirement.
- Get to know the club’s leadership.
The club’s leadership provides guidance on completing these requirements. Artificially increasing activity or spamming to gain levels is prohibited.
Club rules and community conduct
Prospects and members must follow the club’s rules, including its expectations concerning respectful conduct, appropriate content, promotion of other clubs, selling, and use of the club’s identity and artwork.
The detailed club rules explain the warning process and identify violations that result in an immediate ban. Please review those rules in Discord and contact a leader if you need clarification.
Participation in Discord must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Club permission does not authorize conduct prohibited by applicable law or a platform’s rules.
Appropriate website use
Do not use this website or its forms to:
- Impersonate another person or submit deliberately misleading information.
- Send spam, threats, harassment, or unlawful material.
- Obtain unauthorized access to information or interfere with website security.
- Upload malicious files or disrupt the website’s operation.
- Infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
Please provide accurate information when applying for membership or contacting the club.
Club names, logos, and artwork
Club names, logos, character artwork, patch designs, photographs, and other website materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other applicable rights. Rights remain with their respective owners.
Membership does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use club branding or artwork.
Obtain written approval from the Club Founder before using Hulagans branding or artwork—including LAGNAF and Keilani—to create merchandise, request promotional items, or obtain products from another person or company. Any approved use must stay within the permission given.
Nothing in these terms limits uses permitted by applicable law.
Member photographs and quotes
We obtain permission before publishing member photographs or quotes on the website. Providing material for an agreed website use does not transfer ownership of it to the club.
Only submit material you have the right to share. Contact the Club Founder if you have a concern about published material or would like to request a correction or removal.
Website information and external services
We aim to keep website information accurate and current. Club information, schedules, and website features may change. Contact leadership if information appears unclear or inconsistent.
Links to Discord, Instagram, Facebook, and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how application information, contact messages, membership records, and technical information are handled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or club’s practices change. The current version and its updated date will appear on this page. Changes to the separate club rules will be communicated through the club’s community channels.
